⚖️ By registering or using SuperPig, you agree to this contract. If you accept for your employer, you confirm authority to bind them.
SuperPig is a web app that manages pig production data: breeding stocks, breeding, fattening, harvesting, and all other aspects.
During your active subscription, JSysDev grants you a non‑exclusive, worldwide right to use SuperPig for your pig farm business, following the instructions inside the app.
You must not (and must not allow others to):
You may let your employees and staff use SuperPig. You are responsible for everything they do.
Keep your username and password secret. Tell JSysDev immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SuperPig.
All information you enter into SuperPig (“Customer Data”) belongs to you. JSysDev only uses it to provide and improve the service.
JSysDev uses appropriate security measures to protect your data. You can export your data at any time via the app.
90‑day free trial after signup. No payment during this period. No payment options details will be asked. Just use the app and check if it is useful.
After the trial, we will start sending your account first bill and charged your account every 30 days. The fee is based on a per‑head rate for your breeding stocks (sows, boars and gilts). Fattening pigs no charge .
The per‑head rate depends on the country where your pig farm is located. Exact price will be shown after you set your country of where the pig farm is located.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar.
Fees are non‑refundable except as stated in the money‑back guarantee.
If payment is overdue, JSysDev may suspend your access after 10 days’ written notice.
JSysDev promises SuperPig will work as described in the documentation.
Other than the above, the app is provided “AS IS”. We don’t guarantee error‑free or uninterrupted operation, and we aren’t liable for problems outside our control.
This agreement starts when you accept it and continues until your subscription ends or it’s terminated.
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. No refund for already paid period.
Either party can end this agreement if the other breaks a key term (like not paying) and doesn’t fix it within 30 days. If we breach and you terminate, we refund any unused prepaid fees.
Your right to use SuperPig stops, and we delete your data according to our standard procedures.
You own your data. JSysDev owns the SuperPig application, code, and technology. Neither party gets rights to the other’s property except to use SuperPig as described.
Neither party is liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for SuperPig in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update this agreement with 30 days’ notice (by email or in-app). If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
Legal notices in writing. We send notices to your email or via the app. You can send legal notices to: JSysDev (address on request).
This is the entire agreement between you and JSysDev. We are independent contractors – not partners.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, widespread net outages).
